1Acceptance of Terms

• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — settlement period of up to 1 business day;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processed within minutes;
• TED Bank Transfer — through banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil, with a processing time of up to 1 business day.

• Pix — most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours; withdrawals requested outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business period;
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to additional review of up to 24 hours;
• Each user's first withdrawal may be subject to mandatory identity verification.

To request a withdrawal, the user must go to the "Withdraw" section in the account dashboard, enter the amount and the destination Pix key. The Pix key must be linked to a bank account registered under the CPF of the account holder at kk813. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be cancelled.

6Bonuses & Promotions
